- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to them to get an idea of what they want, how many items they need, and when they need it by. I typically respond within the next day with a quote of cost of supplies and labor. I prefer to have two weeks notice of when it's needed by, but I am willing to work with a sooner date. I'm more than happy to deliver to you to assure the product made it there safely. I prefer delivering the product either the day of or the day before, but no earlier to ensure freshness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the food industry for about four years now, and absolutely love what I do. I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with an Associates in Baking and Pastry in 2016 and have worked in a number of restaurants as both a line cook and a pastry chef. I am ServeSafe certified, and am very careful with allergies and keeping nut products separate. Currently I am a pastry line cook at the Bedford Village Inn. I also run a stand in the summer at the Manchester Farmers Market selling cupcakes and various pastries.
