- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work hard to make sure that our pricing is fair and competitive. We offer flat rate pricing, and will have all charges approved by you before completing the work! If you ask us for anything to be added to the scope of work, we will make you aware of the associated cost before proceeding on additional work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases, we will come visit to provide an estimate for the work you would like done. For very small or simple jobs, we can sometimes provide an estimate based off pictures. Once you have agreed to the estimate, we schedule our earliest availability to complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are highly trained and skilled. Additionally, we are certified Senior Home Safety Specialists® via Age Safe® America to provide home safety assessments for Seniors aging-in-place.
