- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a Estimate Request, Portsmouth Snow Removal will be in touch with the new customer immediately. Here the customer will receive confirmation of the request and be contacted via the provided contact information. In order to provide the most accurate estimate, Portsmouth Snow Removal will ask a number of questions in order to establish and confirm the customer's specific needs. The customer will then receive a detailed scope of work and services, site plan, and associated costs. Our goal is to over deliver and not over charge for our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Portsmouth Snow Removal's team consists of over 20 years of snow removal service experience in the Portsmouth NH and Seacoast area. Each team member is very well spoken, customer service oriented, and holds a College Degree ( or may be in the process of completion -- for our younger members )
