They were so flexible with my schedule, coordinated cleaning of myself and my neighbors home and did a phenomenal job. Where do I even start? Tanya was the chef for my bachelorette party this past weekend, cooking for 11 women in a tiny apartment. From the moment we received the initial quote from Tanya through clean-up after the event, everything was professional and personal. Not only was the food creative and delicious, but it was a pleasure having Tanya around for the day. We had never hired a chef before and didn't really know what to expect, but we are already thinking of ways we could hire her again.

In October of 2015 I hired Clutter Controls to help me with a very serious clutter problem. Diana was a whirlwind. She helped me discard a huge amount or clutter by donating or discarding and organizing what I chose to keep. More importantly, helped me understand the process of learning to make good decisions. This was especially important around items(a lot) that I had emotional ties to. She also showed me how to properly categorize items as they were sorted so that they were grouped by their ultimate destination, which made them easier to put in the proper places. She also suggested several ways that I could use my current furnishings to show a room at its best. I hired Diana again in March 2016 when it was necessary for me to move from a very large two-bedroom townhouse with full basement to a very much smaller two-bedroom apartment with a limited amount of storage. With her help I was able to discard or donate many other items that were really unnecessary to the smaller quarters, but that I of course wanted to keep. Her earlier teaching about dealing with emotional ties to items came into play once again, and I really began to recognize the patterns that had always caused me problems. l don’t think my move would have been as successful as it was without her help. When I have lived in my new space for a while and settled in a bit, I intend to hire her again to help me with furniture arrangements and , maybe, a little more downsizing because, finally, I am beginning to enjoy things being organized. I am starting to recognize my patterns when shopping, so that I make better decisions about what to buy. Many, many thanks, Diana.

Dianna's artistic skills brought my rooms to life! The walls became bright and welcoming. Rugs of cheerful color shades, comfortable chairs sporting attractive coverings complemented the very suitable sofa. Rounding out for a finishing touch are charming lamps and end tables. A narrow dining room space offered Dianna the challenge of selecting an attractive useful shelving unit. To tie this together she selected handsome chairs with custom fabric at a space-saving table that can expand to seat eight allowing plenty of elbow room. The area became a spectacular arrangement with the additional of a beautiful window cornice that coordinates with colors in the room. Dianna's friendly personalty and eagerness to please the customer makes working with her a pleasure. Dianna takes time to learn the preferences of the home owner and offers options to suit the budget and personal preferences. When a customer wishes to consult her Dianna responds quickly. It was a most happy experience to have Dianna as my designer. Because of her guidance my home is a very pleasant place to be!
Sherry was so great to work with. My house was a mess and I needed help organizing it for resale and wanted someone to help me declutter and stage it. I would highly recommend her and I plan on using her again when we move to help me put everything away. She has an amazing sense for décor!
I hired Clutter Controls to help de-clutter and organize our attic and garage. Sharlene Hemp was AMAZING.....It was the best decision I could have ever made. She was kind and very understanding and kept the focus on "do you want or use it"? She was very knowledgable about what to keep, what to toss, what can be sold, and where to donate items. This was important because such decisions kept me from tackling these kind of projects in the past. Sharlene worked so quickly that both very large areas were done in 3 days. I would highly recommend this business to anyone overwhelmed by their clutter or just in need of some guidance with organization.
I didn't end up hiring them for the job I asked about because they recommended I find a more specialized person (after looking at my photos). They were very responsive and I appreciated their honesty in telling me I needed a different expert to fix the problem (masonry). I'd definitely contact them again in the future!
I've had Alicia and her team in my home many times. They do a spectacular job and really do get into every nook and cranny. I've always been pleased with the results and they have done everything from dusting, to washing/polishing floors, organizing and windows.
