I have hourly rates and I also offer packages based on distance of travel, and overall goals

I like to meet with my clients for an initial consultation to discuss their health and fitness goals. Then create a plan from there.

My BS from West Virginia University in Exercise Physiology. AAFA certified Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of NJ Lagree Fitness Certified CPR certified
