- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different, therefore requires some consideration while pricing. We always try to provide the most reasonable situation for our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, an appointment is generally required to fully understand a client's needs. This allows us to generate a solid plan and accurate quote. At this point, we can address all concerns and set a date to move forward with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business management degree and over 15 years of design and installation experience. We have done everything from complicated rooftop Landscapes to the simple backyard patio. In addition, I hold a NJ Home Improvement Contractor License.
