💯first class company, so professional and meticulous with your home! I was scammed by another company Experts DuctCleaners who never sucked out the vents before they cleaned the duct work and I paid a lot of money to have dirty vents. Needless to say I was heartbroken 💔 Gio the owner of Gems had also reached out to me so I said to myself “let’s try this again” and it was worth every cent. He came on time looked at the work that was either poorly done or not done at all and really helped me. He cut his price in half because he is empathetic to companies scamming good people. He also checked everything including my chimney that was a fire hazard and then he went to work with his employee Victor. They work so good together and there was constant communication throughout the entire process so he could show me what they were doing but what to be cautious of moving forward. No doubt I got the right company the second time. Lastly he was so upset with what the previous company did he called them right up in front of me and told them straight up that what they had did in my house was just wrong and that meant the world to me and my family. This is a rare quality to find in a person. I will be using this company in the future and I will be sharing my experience with every person I come in contact with that needs work done to their homes. I worked with Gerardo from A.N.G. for bathroom ventduct replacement work and ductcleaning services. Bathroom vent turned into a bigger job due to squirrels getting into the old vent. Throughout my project Gerardo was great to work with! He did a great job and delivered great service. I would recommend him to other people needing similar services.

Gerardo was pleasant, friendly helpful and knew exactly what to do. My air vent was clean in no time and he even made sure the surrounding area was clean. Gerardo made helpful and cost-effective suggestions to help maintain the vent and signed me up so that I would receive a reminder when it needs to be cleaned again.
He is an all-around great house pro and I will be inviting him back to perform other tasks. Oh, and I must mention that the rate was more than reasonable. Gems is a great pick!
