- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is $2000, this considers staff and fees but any event can be done custom to your budget as we offer competitive à la carte options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first try to get to know the client with a focus on the event at hand. We discuss theme and or colors and intended feeling for the project. Once that’s squared away I go over budget during the consultation and we come up with a game plan to have a successful event. I always lead with honesty to build a strong relationship which then equates to a beautiful final outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive project management background coupled with customer service. I have taken multiple courses for event management and design which have prepared me to handle tasks with ease. My training has also allowed me to deal with anxious clientele and to know exactly how to communicate effectively while finalizing the task at hand.
