- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we talk over the phone basically just to hear each others voices and be more comfortable for the next steps as this is a journey. After that I send my clients the evaluation form and based on that and my clients' requests I do their body and color analysis, wardrobe overhaul and shopping
