The planner should get paid when the event is done or request 75% of the money for the event up front. I paid her $200.00 as she requested before the party started. This planner told my guest that there was no party until she got $400.00. Before the party began on the same day. My guest left. Then I refuse to do so because I had to pick up food she the planner refuse to go for. She the planner said she had no space in her vehicle. There were butterflies to put on my cupcakes they never came out. I paid for the butterflies and I never saw them again.
