We hired Chef Indy to cater our community's Holiday Party. From the moment we reached out to her to the end of the event, she was very attentive and her professionalism was top notch. She was able to meet all the wide range of our dietary needs. The food was absolutely out of this world. She was even able to please the one resident who complains about everything. I had the honor of working with Chef Indy I was very new to this experience and hoped for the best when I decided to go with a chef and I’m extremely happy I did. She made me feel very confident that we will love all the plates and walked me through their flavors and the options. When I provided feedback she didn’t disappoint and made sure it was everything we wanted and more. Her professionalism and her teams was excellent. My guests are still talking about the quality of the food and how delicious each plate was. I want to thank Chef Indy once again for the experience she provided my fiancé and I and our guests.
