Chef Chris & team were amazing! I requested a tapas dinner with wines pairing for ten people at my NYC apartment. Planning, Food, Service & Clean up were all top notch. Chef was very creative with six diverse courses and his sommelier prepped, paired & explained the wines perfectly. My guests were WOWED! I would recommend Chris & his team for your next party / event.
We recently had a surprise birthday party for our daughter in the Armonk DeCiccos on the mezzanine level. It was fantastic. Francesca, who organized the catering, made it very easy for us to plan the party. The staff was also very professional and took care of any of our needs. The evening was a great success due to them. They even packed up the excess food for us to take home. The food was delicious and our guests commented on how tasty it was. We are glad we chose DeCiccos as our venue.
Nancy was amazing! If it wasn't for her I don't think my sons 1st birthday party (60 adults 20 children) would have went as well as it did. She showed up early and was ready to go. We rented a party room and the party before us left late leaving us little time to set up. We were scrambling to get everything done and she calmed us down and said "I GOT THIS" and set up all the food, drinks etc.... in time. She was also a wonderful hostess making sure everyone was drinking and eating properly. She will be my 'go to' going forward. Thanks so much Nancy!
Peter and his professional staff made the event painless and enjoyable (at-home cocktail party wedding reception for 68 people). They worked efficiently behind the scenes during the event so I never had to worry about food and beverage serving. Beautiful presentation, impeccable service with a smile, and most importantly - tasty! They set up 4 hours in advance and cleaned up our home exactly as they found it.
We couldn't have been any happier with the dinner Alana prepared for us and six friends last week for a somewhat formal dinner party at our home in Gramercy Park. Alana is super friendly and easy going, yet very professional at the same time. She knows her stuff! And the food was to die for. Her miso glazed cod was perfection, in fact the whole meal was! We will definitely be entertaining more now that we know Alana!
Chef Flo hosted a birthday dinner party for one of my best friends and we all had an amazing experience. Not only was he incredibly knowledgable, but so welcoming, fun and friendly. By the end of the evening, it was like he was part of the gang! We had a pretty big party (10+ people) but he made it work. Coordinating 10 amateur (at best) chefs is tough and he made sure we were all involved in some way. The experience was so different than any other birthday party in New York and in the best way! The menu was incredible and Chef Flo worked to customize the menu for us. We started with a Seared Tuna and White Bean Crostini, then a Handmade Acorn Squash Ravioli with a Pumpkin Seed Pesto. For our main, we had a Coffee & Pepper Rubbed Braised Beef Brisket with Autumn Greens and Cider Glazed Root Vegetables. I'm still dreaming about the food. Overall, we couldn't have been more happy with the experience. It was a memorable night shared with old friends (and new), good laughs, and great food. Thanks Chef Flo!
Renee was responsive and professional from our first contact. She provided a very competent server for our party and did not require a minimum number of hours of work. We were able to be flexible and determine how many hours we needed help at the time of the party. Very satisfied!

Sheetal is by far the most professional event planner I have ever worked with. She is extremely organized, has impeccable taste and always comes up with unique ideas for any event. I had personally seen her work at corporate event and at kids birthday party. It was amazing to see how she had meticulously worked for two entirely different types of event with same quality standards and enthusiasm. She definitely has a style!!! My guest were awestruck when they saw the decor, food and all the little details at my kid's party. I wouldn't choose any other planner for any of my events.

I discovered Britta and her team after attending a small cocktail party at the home of one of my friends. I had to find out who was behind the gorgeously presented (and beyond delicious) seared scallop I was being served. Since then, Private Palate has been the ONLY caterer I have used. She catered two winter cocktail parties for me, each with over 80 guests in my home, as well a sit down luncheon and a cocktail appreciation party for my clients. Each event was extraordinary and guests remarked for days about the quality of the food and service. Britta tailors the menu to ensure the highest quality and freshest ingredients, even making last minute changes based on what is available at the farmer's market at the time. Not only is the food amazing, but the presentation and professionalism of Private Palate is unmatched, even in NYC where there is no shortage of terrific chefs. She has a terrific sense of style and the food as at beautiful as it it delicious. Above all, Britta is such a joy to be around with no attitude and no ego. She will always be the only chef I use and refer to my friends, colleagues and clients.
I had an awesome experience with Memorable Memories. I told Tamika my party theme for my sons 1st birthday and she took it from there. When I walked up to the location where the party was i was in total shocked with how awesome she had decorated. I will difinately use them again and refer them to others.
Lauren and Justine made not only the day of the wedding run without any faults, but also the weeks leading up to it. From the first planning meeting with Lauren, it was evident to me that the wedding was in superbly capable hands. She took over communication with the vendors and confirmed every single moving part of the wedding to create a master schedule, and then check in every step of the way to be sure that everyone was aware of the scheduling and to get live updates on the status of the schedule. Her organization made it simple for us to understand what tasks we had left to do and clearly showed a plan to execute all outstanding items. I wasn't worried about forgetting any details because I knew Lauren had them all handled and would also check all of them with us while adding her experienced suggestions. On the day of the wedding, Lauren and Justine went beyond my imagination in how proactive, cheerful, helpful, and all around amazing they were. Lauren cued each parent and bridesmaid when to walk down the aisle in the ceremony. Justine communicated with our reception venue and helped set it up while the ceremony was ongoing. At the end of the night, Justine was able to pack up all items and make sure everything we needed to return to us got back to us that evening safely. There was no stress in either getting what we needed to the venue or taking everything back home. Due to Lauren's organization with her pack lists prior to the wedding and Justine's meticulousness, there was nothing in question for us. Hiring Lauren was our best wedding decision - we can't have imagined our day running so seamlessly without her and her team. Any prospective couples out there should get their dates on Lauren's calendar and rest assured that their day will run perfectly. We had the most magical day, and not once were we concerned about any planning details. Our vendors, bridal party, and guests noted how organized and smooth the event ran, all thanks to YWbL!
One month before my 25th birthday, I randomly decided to host a party! I had no clue what to do, I've never hosted my own birthday party. I met Sieneih through a mutual friend and found out she was an event planner. After speaking to her about my party, she took it from there! Sieneih and I had our initial meeting about what I wanted my party to look like, honestly I was completely clueless! All I wanted was an all white and gold party. I didn't necessary have a theme in mind. However, Sieneih listened to my interests and helped me figure out what type of theme I wanted. She assisted with my budget for the party, including food and drinks, decorations, DJ, and Bartenders,the theme and colors. Sieneih also accompanied me to the event spaces and helped me choose one that will be more fitting for my party. After visiting a few event spaces, Sieneih and I choose one within budget and she took it from there. I didn't have to do anything else but show up! The day of my party, I walked into this gorgeous Egyptian theme party, it was simply breathtaking. She transformed the event space into "Nadira's Royal Birthday"! My birthday was unforgettable thanks to Sieneih. Sieneih is, professional, attentive, reliable, creative, and most importantly, she is easy to work with! I would highly recommend Sieneih for your next party!
RSVP By Pabvon created 'save the date' and 'event invitations' for my mothers retirement party. My family members are still asking about the invitations to this day. Stephanie and Kellyann were amazing throughout the wedding planning process. I hired ChoresNJ to assist with the morning of the wedding and met with them twice before the actual day. I was having over 25 people at my house for breakfast and the getting ready process. Stephanie helped with coordinating the beauty team, photographer, videographer, caterer and the entire bridal party. She even was super proactive and placed floral arrangements throughout my home for pictures. As I'm sure many people know when you are a bride, the day of the wedding can be very stressful but because I hired Stephanie I was much calmer. Per Sempre designed and catered the most beautiful 1-year old birthday party for my son last summer. Not only are they affordable but the staff is amazing and the owners are a pleasure to work with.
Jenny recently catered my daughter's baby shower, we had over 50 guests and thanks to Jenny, our guests are still raving about the cuisine! Jenny took the stress right out of the day, the menu she created was in keeping with our theme and truly, it was out of sight... superb and scrumptous!! Her presentation was A++, so creative and many of the ingredients she used were farm fresh and completely organic. Jenny is detail oriented, professional, yet, fun to work with. Her passion for cooking shines in all she prepares, she makes it look effortless and oh, so elegant. I'm thinking of hosting an intimate dinner party just so I can hire Jenny. I wish more than 5 stars were offered for ratings because she deserves 10 stars!!! The day was special in itself, but Jenny just took it to another level and made the occasion forever memorable!
I asked Kaysie to be my day-of wedding coordinator about a week before my big day and it was the best decision I made! Kaysie is sweet, adorable and very professional. She went over all of the timeline details I didn't think of beforehand and then made laminated copies! She gave a copy to my MOH as well and called all of my vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. She was always there that day helping me with my pain in the butt dress, getting me a drink, gathering friends for pictures and even helping and assisting my bridal party. She eased my worries for the stuff I shouldn't have to think about so I could focus on bigger things - like getting married :-) Thanks Kays!
Jake is incredible!!! He catered at our house for an engagement party we hosted and it couldn't have been more beautiful and amazing! All of the guests commented on the food and how great it was and looked! I also had him come over to cook for some girlfriends who were in town and the food was absolutely exquisite! It was so nice to just sit back and feel like we were in a restaurant in our very own home! Highly recommended Jake for any event or occasion you may have where you want the best in food and presentation!!
