Amazing Service and Incredible Food from Michael's Backyard BBQ!Michael's Backyard BBQ was an absolute lifesaver at our event! From the start, they were prompt and respectful of our schedule. We had two food trucks planned, but unfortunately, the second one was completely unprepared to handle the crowd of 100 guests. Michael, being the consummate professional, immediately stepped up and adapted to the situation. Not only did he manage his own flow with ease, but he also picked up the slack and accommodated way more guests than initially expected.His quickness, attention to detail, and ability to stay on his feet was truly impressive. And lets not forget the food the smoked wings were INCREDIBLE! Our entire teaching staff is still raving about the meal days later. Michaels Backyard BBQ was the highlight of our event, and I highly recommend them for any gathering. You won't be disappointed!
