Raul is the SURGEON of the Plumbing industry, He knows what he is talking about, he takes his time, he is a perfectionist, He wants to ensure the work is done well and will last, I had a major plumbing issues that entailed my sink, bathroom toilet and baththub had sewer backed up, what a mess, I thought it wasn't repairable, He did an amazing job releasing the clogged pipes and drained everything to work perfectly again. I would hire him in a quick NY Minute. Thanks again.... He did my work in February this year in the freezing cold of winter. I also had sewage pile up in the sink in the basement he ensure everything drained and was cleared out.

This company is a scam, I paid money for a service that was not completed then I had to hire another processional to fix my sewer line. I also have not received a receipt or invoice itemizing the work that was completed. To this day I have no idea who the company is or where they are located. Thumbtack has them listed as drain master plumbing, but they call themselves PJ plumbing which is not a company I can find anywhere on google. To note, I hired this company to fix my broken sewer line, there was no inspection shown outlining the condition of the sewer line(before and/or after). The second pro I hired after showed me actual Pictures of the sewer line, the fracture, and the completed work after. They let me know nothing had been done to the sewer line other than a possible jetting. The work that was supposed to be completed was a trench less sewer line repair, coating the sewer line with epoxy.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews unless the service was extremely good or extremely bad. Chris was outstanding from start to finish. He communicated immediately and followed up through the appointment. I was out of town during the time of appointment he was early for his appointment. He kept me informed by calling and texting me photos of his findings and made suggestions that fixed my plumbing issues that was well within reason. Extremely professional and obviously dedicated to his work. Highly recommend booking his company.

Hired Chris to help me with a backed up pipe that needed to be unclogged. It was causing a flood in the sink and bathtub so it needed to be fixed pretty urgently. After speaking with Chris I was assured that he would help me out. When he arrived, he attempted to fix the problem but didn’t have the proper equipment to clear the pipe so he used whatever tools he had and left. He charged me full price for the service which I didn’t mind paying assuming he fixed the problem. I called him later on in the day and asked what I should do, he sends me a customer service number to a plumbing company. I was confused why I paid him full for a service that didn’t resolve anything ! I ended up calling another plumber which charged me full price but was able to resolve my issue.
