Please do note! This is my side job that I only perform at late afternoons and weekends My father never did anything around the house so it was my responsibility to do all the repairs and renovations around it. We have a 3 stories house with an attic and basement. I know my way around basic electrical installations, plumbing, painting and working with drywalls. I have renovated whole apartment in which me and my wife live here in the USA I also have general construction experience and knowledge as I have been working as HVAC technician for 3 years back where I am from. Aleksander is a great contractor and I liked his work so much that I decided to hire him for multiple jobs around my house. I had a hard time deciding how to best organize one of my closets and Aleksander created a perfect design and then got to work right away! Aleks is a very reliable person and he always does a great job! Aleksander was punctual and met me at my Smallwood house 1015 in the morning ( its a 3.5 hour drive for me) with enthusiasm ready to not just quote out the job but jump right on it. Old house ( about 95 years) asked him to do some re wiring for my kitchen/basement/ and well pump switch. Left him at house while I got some more supplies, he worked meticulously throughout the day even fixing some mistakes made by my carpenter ensuring safety was priority. He communicated well and let me know of any issues that came up. He was courteous of my time knowing I had a long drive, and made sure the requested work was complete before he departed. Value for his time was great as well, he also has skills outside the electrical industry as he offered to help me out with a leak in the basement on his next visit. He has a will to work which is becoming less common these days, Im ready to hire again.
