- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to work at prices below the average market prices, but we cannot work completely for cheap, because it doesn't make sense to us as a company. We also have very good discounts in various paint stores.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually come for a free estimate. We give some advice. We do not have the task of necessarily persuading you to hire us, first of all we want to help people. Therefore, you can always count on a free consultation at the first visit. Then, if you agree, we can buy the materials ourselves, or make a shopping list for you. And we start work. After ourselves, we always clean up, clean everything and collect garbage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a higher economic education, it helps to run a business. Plus ten years of experience in a construction company.
