- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although we have standard pricing, we are flexible and will work towards an affordable agreement that meets the client's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a phone conversation with our new customers to communicate song requests and the customer's ideal vision for their event. We also plan in-person meetings to set up detailed outlines for our client's events.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Within our team consist of Bachelors in Music Performance, Finance, Management, and Marketing.
