Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and labor required for each project. We provide clear estimates before starting the work.
Discounts may be available for larger projects or multiple services booked together. Additional charges may apply if unexpected repairs, additional materials, or changes to the original scope of work are requested.
We offer a 10% discount for military members and seniors. Pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and labor required. Any additional work or materials not included in the original estimate will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by speaking with the customer about their project and understanding their needs. We then schedule a visit to inspect the work, take measurements, and discuss materials and options. After that, we provide a clear estimate and answer any questions before the customer approves the project.
Once the project is approved, we schedule the work, purchase the necessary materials, and complete the job professionally and on time. We keep the customer updated throughout the project and make sure everything is cleaned up when the work is finished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience and professional training in residential home improvement and remodeling. We have extensive experience with painting, plastering, drywall, flooring, bathrooms, carpentry, roofing ,siding, and general home repairs. We continue to learn and improve our skills to provide quality workmanship and professional results for every customer.
