My experience with Ivan and Francisco was overall good. He is very responsive and nice guy. His worker Francisco was clean, polite, and hard working. It was a small area to retile (using mostly sane tiles and 6-7 bees ones) and waterproofing with Sheetrock and re grout for $1400. A days work and additional 2 hrs next day for grouting next day. My only negative comment here is that the owner does need to relax and be realistic with pricing. He is always looking to increase the price. This was a fair value for this job. He is too often getting excited and concerned about his loss or not enough $$ comments were too much. That being said, I would rehire him and liked his employees.

Izzy was responsive and punctual, and the quality of his crew’s work was excellent. I had a 3-day job at my house (deck repair and paint) and a garage roof repair. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by speaking with the customer about their project and understanding their needs. We then schedule a visit to inspect the work, take measurements, and discuss materials and options. After that, we provide a clear estimate and answer any questions before the customer approves the project.
Once the project is approved, we schedule the work, purchase the necessary materials, and complete the job professionally and on time. We keep the customer updated throughout the project and make sure everything is cleaned up when the work is finished.

Our team has hands-on experience and professional training in residential home improvement and remodeling. We have extensive experience with painting, plastering, drywall, flooring, bathrooms, carpentry, roofing ,siding, and general home repairs.
