I hired Chef Christie to cook for my parents 43rd anniversary. My parents loved the whole evening, service/food/preparation/presentation. My experience working with Christie was excellent as well - very professional and easy to deal to with.

We had an upcoming birthday party and decided to have it catered. From the moment we asked for a catering service, Christie Pedone responded very professionally and promptly. She was always ready to answer questions and make suggestions for our upcoming party. She was very helpful in choosing the menu. She was also a great help with wine suggestions and we decided to use her bartenders as well. The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed her lemonade bar. Several guests were interested in using her catering service for their upcoming parties. We can only give her our best recommendations and will definitely use her catering service again Regards Birgitte and Steve
