Vince is a great trainer, he looks at all aspects of what you need and then designs a program that will best fit you. He is always on time and positive. He gives great feedback and changes things up to suit your needs and personal goals as you progress. I have gained great flexibility and strength. Looking forward to seeing what I will be able to accomplish in the future with his help.

A Testimonial for My Personal Trainer, Vince Valinoti More than a dozen years ago, my wife, concerned with my sedentary life-style and desk-bound job as a pharmaceutical scientist, gave me a short series of personal training sessions with Vince for Valentine’s Day. It was a great experience and although I now travel for extended periods on business, I am a client of Vince’s to this day. (He did take a holiday from other clients while devoting more time to caring for his young and growing family but whenever I was in New Jersey, we managed to get in at least one day each time. Now he’s back to full-time training, and accepting new clients.) I’m honored to be able to contribute to his website; he has helped me immensely over the years.     I provide all clients with a Free consultation and initial assessment to go over health history, past injuries, medications, and your fitness goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a Nasm certified personal trainer who keeps up on all the latest fitness information through books and seminars.

    I have worked with all ages and abilities ranging from youth athletics to increased mobility training for seniors. I have also done extensive work with post rehabilitation and clients with parkinsons disease and ms
