We went from having a venue who was taking care of everything to totally starting over and planning a "front yard" wedding. When the tent was put up on Wednesday, I kept saying it looked like the circus was in town. From the minute the walls went up and the lights were hung, things started to change. Then Jennifer and her amazing team showed upon Saturday afternoon- almost like a scene from Men in Black. They were professional, calm and ready to go. Every single staff member went above and beyond! Our guests are raving about Joshua! Everything was stunning and ran super smoothly. We wouldn't have done any of this without these guys! I had tears in my eyes when I came down the stairs after the wedding and one of your young ladies told me to be careful because they just mopped the floor. Who vacuums and mops up after an event like this (unless you're the owner of the venue or house?!) They went above and beyond with everything they did. From turning on the decoration lights, packing up all of the leftovers, helping with parking, getting our Best Man's slightly too big shoes to fit, never having Rob or I have to get ANYTHING on our own, redecorating the cake table and cleaning up. Dear Party Planner arrived BEFORE our scheduled time which is always an amazing way to kick things off! She met with the space manager and got to work before I even arrived! I wanted to handle most of my son’s party myself but also wanted to enjoy it. So I hired Dear Party Planner to help with day-of setup. She went far and above! I had trouble applying a decal to my balloon arch drop so I texted her the day before the event and she was full of ideas that saved the backdrop! Then, on the day of the party she not only helped set up but helped the party run smoothly, thinking of solutions to problems before they even arose. She was genuinely committed to making sure everyone had a great time! Even sending me loads of pictures and videos she took that I was too busy enjoying myself to remember to. I can’t imagine what the day would have looked like without her. She’s truly the best at what she does!
