We feel so lucky to have found Angie & Angel at Top Paws. As first time dog owners initially needing somewhere for our puppy to stay while we were out of town, we 100% trusted Angie & Angel. Ollie loved getting to stay with them, from play time with their dog Lola, to attending backyard BBQ's, to lots of walks, to cuddle time, he had a ball. We got emails and photos every night so we could see how he was doing. We've also used Top Paws for some dog-walking. Angie is prompt, gives Ollie plenty of time to sniff and enjoy his walks, and gives me good updates of how he did. After meeting several dog-walking & boarding companies in Jersey City, Top Paws was our top pick and we will absolutely continuing using them. Strongly recommended!!!

We met Angie and Angel about a year ago. They were unbelievably reliable and always there. To state with, they are physically available even through hailstorms and typhoons. They treated Reilly as if their own. They are trustworthy, because I can leave them in my house and they make sure that after they take care of my pets. They leave it exactly as how it was without a trace! I remember before I left Jersey City, they left my dog with a birthday cake and a parting gift. They even assisted me in going to the airport and getting me a cab. Another occasion was one of the holidays, we ended up getting stuck in Florida for an extra seven days due to the snow storm. Angie and Angel were so accommodating and helpful, they even bathed Reilly and got him extra food and treats. They treat our pup just like he was their own and keep us fully informed along the way. The service they provide is just so exceptional that I totally recommend them as the best service provider to our beloved pet!

Top Paws is simply fantastic. Angel and Angie are delightful, professional, and reliable. More importantly, they will treat your animal companions with as much love and attention as if they were part of their family. They have never cancelled on me, reply to messages promptly, and have covered for last minute appointments/emergencies on more than one occasion. They keep daily calendars regarding my dog's walks and outings. My cats also receive proper attention and pampering. I highly recommend their services and may never move out of fear of having to find another service; since they would probably only live up to half of my expectations and the care Top Paws provides.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Dog walking, pet sitting, pet taxi to vets and groomers. Along with these services we also assist with potty training and socializing new puppies and special one on one care for senior pets. Cat visits are also another great service we provide at an affordable rate.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask the company your working with the maximum amount of dogs they walk per walk. Some companies will walk up to 5 dogs in one shot! We personally think safety comes first. Another thought how would you feel doing your "business' in front of 4-5 extra friends? Yea not too comfy :)
