Nadia is a great swim coach who is able to adapt her teaching style and drills to swimmers of all levels. When I first started training with Nadia, I was a very capable swimmer (had already completed a sprint triathlon), but was training for a much longer race and wanted to improve my technique and endurance. Nadia's drills & tips with just a handful of sessions took me from swimming 15-20 laps at speed to now being able to over 60 (thank you Nadia!) Would highly recommend her for both novice/beginner-level swimmers, as well as experienced ones looking to take their abilities to the next level.
Karl is great, I have now worked with him for 3 weeks and I have been really enjoying our sessions. He is incredibly professional, thoroughly assesses your needs and prepares as well as modifies your workout accordingly. He is an experienced trainer and uses a wide array of training modules to include TRX, kettle bells, weights, High Intensity Interval Training, Kick boxing and Pilates among others. Karl has certainly given me the motivation to train harder and even within the first three weeks I can see significant difference in strength and endurance as well as body shape. I have been going to the gym for years but have never had such a shift particularly in such a short period of time. Above all Karl is very pleasant to work with and takes your fitness and health very seriously.

Being that I have back issues and sometimes continue to get spasms, I realized I needed someone who was certified, understanding, and would carefully consider a good beneficial workout while not getting injured in the process. Judy understands my needs and has been carefully selecting a good routine that I can handle that will bring forth the results I need. Her background, training and certification show me she strives to improve herself and she is genuinely interested in helping others improve in fitness. Smart, patient, strategic, and if you want to be pushed more she will do it without hurting you. She's a keeper!
Dina is a delightful yoga instructor. During our sessions together, she was very welcoming, kind and helpful. She kept notice of my weaknesses and helped ease into my yoga practice a lot easier. Dina is also an incredible listener, always wanting to know how I felt. Scheduling-wise, her appointments were always on time. She'd be ready to do the practice and again, impressive service and hospitality on her part. Honestly, there's nothing she needs to improve of. Dina's instruction is inspiring, so I'm always willing to practice with her (when money isn't an issue! haha), but seriously, everything went smoothly every time she taught me yoga, breathing and Pilates. Even away from the mat and her home, she offered fantastic advice on becoming an instructor myself and what books I should be reading. Then there's the e-mail swapping, further proving that this isn't just a job to her. Her goal is to teach yes, but also to help discover YOURSELF in yoga and whatever goal you set.
Emily is absolutely the best! She is experienced, attentive, thoughtful, and kind. She has an extremely positive and helpful attitude. She makes adjustments to the exercises as needed. She is prompt, dependable and professional. You could not ask for more in a private Pilates instructor! I would recommend her to anyone.
I am in my mid 50s, somewhat uncoordinated, former couch potato and have been training with Ro for several years, twice a week - every single week. It's hard to believe myself that today I am very fit, very strong and toned and I owe it all to Ro. We do strength training with pilates, aerobics and yoga mixed in. Ro is very knowledgable. Every session is somewhat different from the last and over time Ro has pushed me (kindly) to increase my weights and level of fitness. She also have provided me with weight loss counseling at times. Ro is a great person too. She is easy to talk to and always upbeat and fun. She is super smart and always trying new things. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Amanda is a combination physical therapist, pilates instructor. She is incredibly professional, and a delight. She is a dancer by training who switched to pilates after an injury and has been very helping at both building core strength and strengthening my injured IT band. As a world-class dancer and Pilates devotee, Emily knows what she is talking about and is the perfect person to demonstrate excercises.
