The ProMaster worker came over during the holiday and cleaned up my two outside drains. He continued to work methodically until he went thru each drain and made sure they were clean. He removed his equipment and cleaned up as well. Really appreciate the ProMaster folks.

Had gray water backing up and pooling around my basement floor drain — turned out to be a clog in the 1.5” washing machine drain line before it reached the main stack. Walter came out, removed the cleanout plug, ran his snake through the pipe, and pulled out a significant buildup of hair and debris. He also repaired a damaged P-trap under the laundry sink while he was at it. What impressed me was how thorough he was about verifying the work — he ran water for an extended period and checked the cleanout at the main drain to confirm everything was flowing cleanly before wrapping up. He also cleaned up the water on the basement floor before leaving. Overall I was very pleased with the service. Professional, thorough, and left the job in better shape than he found it. Would recommend.
