Stella is a darling and the go to person for party decorations.
I worked with her for my daughter's 1st birthday party in 2018 and she got the party hall decorated exactly as I wanted with the theme that I'd chosen.
She is very detailed and is flexible to accommodate changes as well. Quality of all the decorative items used were very good.
