He'll buy the freshest sea bass early before the sunrise for dinner that night, handpick the freshest herbs and aromatics, and have it cooked and plated at your own home. Captain Marlon Hernandez will enter your home ready to set up the dinner table as elegant as possible using your own silverware, linen, and centerpieces. He'll turn a table into an amazing restaurant dinner table. Marlon will help you choose your wines to correspond each meal and serve from cocktail hour until guests leave. You won't have to worry about the kitchen, for we bring our own cleaning utensils (except a broom) to leave your kitchen as spotless as possible.
