Eric is hands down the most talented and professional chef I could have asked for. Eric came up with the most impressive and creative all vegan menu. It was Asian inspired and each dish was thoughtful, unique, delicious, and best of all, showcased that vegan food is great food. It was so cool to have a real chef prepping in the kitchen too! He had everything covered, all we needed were the plates and utensils. Eric went above and beyond to give us a memorable experience and I couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you Eric for showcasing your talent and we will absolutely look forward to booking you in the future!

Eric cooked dinner for 15 people for my mom’s 70th birthday and was fantastic! The food was all delicious - my uncle, a self-proclaimed food critic, said it was the best salad he’s ever had. Eric was great at communicating and adjusted the menu to fit our needs/ dietary restrictions. He was very professional and described each course before it was served. Everyone raved about the meal and a few people even took his contact before the end of the night. Would definitely recommend Eric to friends and family!

Eric made our dinner party for my husband's 40th birthday extra special and the food was delicious. Everyone was raving about how good the food was and gave him a round of applause at the end. He was friendly and easy to work with and always responded even when I texted at random times. He was fun and didn't mind our friends silly antics after a little wine. We will definitely keep him in mind for future parties and I would highly recommend him.

We hired Eric to cook for my company holiday party and the night couldn’t have been better! We gathered around the kitchen island as he shared recipes and preparation tips. It was really fun. And the food….. DELICIOUS!!! Will definitely hire him again!
