I feel so incredibly lucky to have gotten to work with Eric for my event. He took so much care in working with me to prepare a menu that felt special. On the day of the event, Eric was incredibly thoughtful in everything he prepared and taking care of my guests (even with all the business during the day, he took time to talk to my mom and guests about some of the special dishes he was preparing) Eric is the best!

I don’t even know where to start! I hosted a surprise bday party for my best friend and it was on the beach. Eric was challenged with making a cold menu (no grill) and I cannot tell you how outstanding the entire menu and food was. Everyone was so impressed. I cannot recommend Eric enough. And I look forward to working with him again soon.

Chef Eric was awesome! He was very considerate and attentive to all of our dietary restrictions! Between 8 ladies we had a cow enzyme allergy, vegetarian, pescatarian, and a handful of other allergies/ sensitivities. We worked with Eric to create a fabulous “farm to table” styled dinner. We were wanting something fresh for a hot summer night but still something that would fill us up after a day of drinking at the wineries. He more than delivered! We also were budget conscious and he worked with us to deliver the best options for us. We wanted great food in the comfort of pjs without anyone having to lift a finger... and we got it! The appetizers were delicious and creative. The salad was fresh and delightful, the main course was the perfect. Dessert was the cherry on top and we were all so full after! We were staying at an airbnb and the house had just about nothing. Eric was able to bring all the necessary tools. He showed up and wowed us. And left the kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived. We would recommend him to our friends and book again in the future! Thank you!!

Eric exceeded our expectations in every way. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating to all our dietary needs, showing thoughtfulness, organization, and kindness throughout the entire experience. His punctuality and impeccable timing in meal preparation, serving, and pacing were spot on. The food was outstanding, with generous portions and a delectable dessert that capped off the evening perfectly. Eric left the kitchen spotless, and we deeply appreciate the time and effort he put into making our dinner a truly special and memorable occasion.

Chef Eric prepared and cooked for over 60 guests at our daughter’s 1st birthday party. He arrived with some prepared sauces and cooked all types of meat and seafood to perfection! All of our guests mentioned how amazing of a job he did from food quality, to personality and professionalism. He arrived early, set up and prepared, then worked to ensure all food was ready when requested, and didn’t stop until he made sure we were satisfied. I cannot recommend Chef Eric enough, absolutely top notch!
