Honestly Mike is amazing and he CARES! Most trainers don’t even care whether you achieve your set goal or not (which I have experienced in the past) but Mike listens, he’s extremely knowledgeable, and he makes sure we get the job done! Thanks Mike!!

Mike is a dedicated, honest and motivating trainer. He sets clear goals, plans and expectations. I chose him as a trainer to get back in shape for my wedding and my results have been amazing! He is truly the whole package!!

Great trainer!! His techniques and motivation while training is what keeps me going and enjoying the session’s. He works with you and offers alternative ways to perform certain workouts. Very flixible and would totally recommend as a trainer for anyone in need of maintaining, gaining(muscle) or losing weight!

I’ve worked out with Mike for over two years, and I endorse him without any hesitation. Mike is by far the best trainer I’ve worked with. He is as committed to my fitness goals as I am. He is patient, professional, flexible and extremely knowledgeable about fitness. My endurance, strength and confidence noticeably increased, and I lost 30 lbs due to his program. 5 stars!!!

I've been working with Mike for several years. I've had a few starts and stops for various health reasons. He has often tailored workouts to address specific concerns (i.e. minor back aches or random knee pain or post surgery restrictions). His workouts are definitely challenging, but I'm confident that he wouldn't instruct me to do something that is harmful or I'm not capable of. He is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful on all things related to health and exercise. I highly recommend him.
