My experience with Mike was amazing. I was one of those people who had no idea how to start at the gym and he gave me a very structured approach on what machines to use, how to balance diet and exercise and how to reach my fitness goals. I felt treated like an individual, he tailored a fitness plan according to my goals and dedication. I can’t recommend Mike enough, he has everything you would want in a personal trainer, friendly, professional, on time and responsive. He’s a great person overall.
