1) She was 30 minutes later for the appointment, but to be fair to her, she sent a message to say she was running late.
2) My main issue is around the quality of service. This service was meant to be a deep clean, but she didn’t clean the fridge at all, the door of the microwave still had dried grease stains, the floor behind the bathroom door was not properly vacuumed and I had to clean it after she left. Unfortunately, I did not discover all this until after she left.
3) When she arrived she confirmed the service would take up to 4 hours, but she was done in 3 hours with all the issues I mentioned above.
