- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the space, the type of cleaning, and the overall condition of the home. I always offer fair rates and am open to discussing the best balance between cost and quality. There are no hidden fees, and we provide all the necessary supplies and equipment. For recurring clients or regular services, I offer discounts as a thank-you for their trust and loyalty!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask basic questions about the size of the space, the type of cleaning needed, and any special requests. I consider it essential to see photos of the space and, if possible, schedule a short visit. This helps me better understand the needs of the home and also gives the client a chance to meet me in person. Once we align expectations and pricing, we schedule a day that works best for the client. My team and I arrive on time with all the necessary supplies and complete the service with care and dedication!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. Over the years, I’ve refined my techniques through daily work, observation, and continuous learning. I also stay updated on the safe use of cleaning products and the most effective methods for different surfaces.
