I had my computer at another computer repair shop for a cracked screen. After over 2 months of runaround I finally got it back from them unrepaired. I went on to Thumbtack to find a local computer repair tech and Mike answered. Mike was very professional and reassuring when I explained my difficulties with the last shop. Mike was able to find the right screen for my computer and repair it. I will definitely be giving Mike (Computer Mafia) a call for all my future computer repair issues. He is very knowledgeable. He even optimized my computer and it is now running fast again.

I needed help getting my computer to run faster and perform better like when I first bought the computer. I had some close friends look into it, but it was not easy enough for them to fix. It needed an expert who knew the ins and outs of a computer. I used thumbtack to find that expert and found Jesse. It only took a few hours for him to diagnose and fix the problem with my computer. Now it's working better and I'm so happy it was able to be fixed. Jesse was very knowledgable and polite. He explained what he was going to do so I could understand better.
