I would definitely recommend The Move Athletics to anyone looking to jump start or improve their fitness abilities. Brian is able to personalize programs to effectively reach your goals and he is very personable. Also, The Move Athletics has taken great precaution with cleaning the space in between clients to ensure a safe workout environment.

I’ve been working with Brian for almost 3 years to improve my overall health and fitness. Brian does a great job designing workouts each week that challenge my strength, cardio fitness, and endurance. It’s great that each workout is different - keeping things interesting and fun.

Just completed a Core Challenge sponsored by the Move Athletics as well as some personal 1:1 with trainer Brian. The challenge was fun, the instructions were really well done and easy to follow and most importantly, while I now know, I need to focus on the nutrition end things, the challenge was transformative. The stronger core is evident in increased stamina, overall stability control and better quality movements overall, especially pull ups. Great program. Look forward to the next challenge.

I have been working with Brian for about three years, He is an excellent trainer who keeps me motivated. The workouts are a combination of exercises I like to do and those I need to do. The program is adapted to me and is not one size fits all. He can provide a fun and challenging workout for all ages and abilities.
