"Kirsten is an amazing trainer/coach. I asked her for help to lose post-baby stomach/fat but she has gone far above that. She employs great and varying routines and stresses the need for balance in your workouts (i.e. not just losing stomach fat) - which I have learned is so critical to re-shaping your body. Kirsten has been so helpful in correcting and teaching me how to perform the correct postures, and also takes time to explain the purpose of each training so that our home sessions can be more productive and efficient in a limited time. I have tried other training at gyms and by watching YouTube/DVDs myself but it was not particularly helpful. But Kirsten is very knowledgeable and encouraging, and much better than other trainers I have worked with at other various gyms and clubs."

"We can't explain how happy we are that we found Mike A. as a personal trainer. -He's affordable -His hours are flexible He's very skilled -He trains in an easy-to-understand style -He's very upbeat and professional Our son took an interest in fighting so we went the normal route of school wrestling, boxing gym, Jui Jitsu classes which were all good. But he got bored with the same old large class rhythmic training. We then found Mike and have been using him one on one for the past 4-5 months, and with the progress and confidence our son shows, we know we made the right choice. DEFINITELY a 5-star trainer."

"Hitting the gym was a real struggle for me. I'd get there with good intentions and then have no idea how to workout. My routine consisted of hitting the treadmill, picking up some weights and feeling intimidated by the gym rats I was surround by. I found myself hurting (not a good hurt) and feeling discouraged because I knew that what I was doing wasn’t creating progress. I needed someone to teach me how to workout. I had seen that a couple of peers were training with Bill and their results were significant. I figured what do I have to lose? I knew right away that Bill was exactly what I needed to kick start my journey to a healthier me. During our first meeting we discussed my medical history, goals, and things that he would need to pay special attention to/ make modifications for. I made him aware that I have back pain every so often, he took note of the pain and suggested things that could help alleviate it. One night he put special tape on my back that assists with keeping the spine straight. In order for him to apply it I had to take my shirt off, at first I was really self conscious because I’m standing next to a dude that jacked, while I’m a work in process. I would say Bill is the OG of the "judgement free zone." He is also an excellent teacher, he wants you to understand an exercise from point a to b. If you’re looking for results overnight that’s wishful thinking. It’s a process that takes time, but once you start seeing and feeling the results, you'll know it's because of all the hard work you put in and the motivation Bill provides. Before you know it you’ll start feeling and looking like your best self. Bill pricing is extremely fair for being in a metropolitan area. He is super flexible (literally and figuratively) if you need to reschedule. He is always willing to fit you in at a different time if your original session isn’t doable that week. He comes right to your home, no gym membership required! I would recommend Bill to anyone who is ready to put in the work to become a healthier individual. Not only do I have a trainer for life, I also have a friend for life. Thanks for having my back Bill :) Also I'm in his profile pic, so that's pretty snazzy!"

"I have been working out with Peter for over 5 years. In that time he has helped me change my body, my strength, my flexibility and my understanding about body alignment. Our workouts are not all about how much I can sweat -- they are about what my body needs (be it cardio, strength training or stretching) and he has helped me to understand the importance of consistent movement --even on the days when working out feels hard. He follows up with me after workouts to see how I am feeling and he checks in during the week when we are not together. Peter goes the distance to ensure we get our time in each week -- even when the schedules get a little crazy. I feel I am in good hands with Pete. His energy and enthusiasm during our workouts make the time fly. "

"I have been working out with Joe for three weeks now and I have honestly never seen such amazing results in a short period of time. They are very knowledgeable at trainer joes and form a work out and meal plan, meant for your body. Three weeks with joe's workouts and two weeks on his meal plan, I have lost 12 lbs, 1.5% body fat, and my lower back, which was always a problem for me, is getting stronger! I highly recommend Trainer Joes!! "

"Chris has been training me for over a year now and the transformation is remarkable. As a former athlete and now new mom I was having trouble getting my body back to the pre-baby shape I was used to being in. Chris's approach was wonderful in that we talked about where I wanted togged to, what i was willing to do (frequency and nutrition) and he really customized his approach based on my individual wants, concerns, and body type. Most trainers feel like they have 1 or 2 methods they apply to everyone but for me i liked the personal approach Chris has had with me. I highly recommend Chris and PTbyCV! .... results: so far i am down 30lbs in 8 months but whats better than the number on the scale is how in shape and energized I feel. You can't put a price on results!"

"A few years ago, I was exceedingly skinny to the point that I (and my doctor) were getting concerned about my health. I have an absurdly fast metabolism, so just trying to eat a lot wasn't helping. A lot of people told me weightlifting could be the key to getting back into healthy shape. I'm not someone who likes to rush into things if I don't know what I'm doing and I hadn't stepped into a gym in my life, so I wasn't about to start repping heavy dead-lifts out by myself. I started training with Jake and it was actually life-changing. I only trained with him for about a year because I moved out of his area for college, but in that year I gained 30 pounds of muscle, learned the form for all staple lifts in a way that has set me on a so-far completely injury free workout journey, and learned to tackle my absurd dietary needs (4,000 calories a day bare minimum, usually closer to 6,000) in a healthy, sustainable way. Obviously, I also learned that Jake Porter is an awesome trainer because that was all thanks to him. He's a great, funny guy who teaches valuable workout lessons in a way that's easy to understand and remember and he encourages a discipline in his clients that will keep them in charge of their own health even years after their training with him has concluded."
