Lindsey and her team were excellent. They did a great job for my basement - great attention to detail, punctual but best of all she was always responsive. There were several changes / issues that came up (no fault of them) but she was very professional and proactive in communicating with us and helping us find solutions way over and beyond the job. She is very dedicated, constantly overseeing and solving problems and making sure everything comes together nicely. She also helped us pick colors and finish out the design choices. Overall we were delighted about how the basement came together and will always recommend her to anyone looking to do any home improvement projects.

Where do I begin? Lindsey and her team Alvaro were AMAZING!!! She came in on an off day to get measurements and see my space and stayed for over an hour so she can get an idea of what I wanted and man did she DELIVER!! I am so pleased with their results I was skeptical at first but it has made my space that much more rich!! I HIGHLY recommend this team. It was an amazing process and they are great people to work with as well. Please check them out and they won’t steer you wrong!!

My wife and I had our basement done this past June and couldn't be happier!
Lindsey and her crew did a top notch job and she kept the redo within our price range.
Her crew was accommodating to our schedule of three days a week, while maintaining a clean environment for us to continue living here in our small ranch house.
As with any refurbishing we hit some snags along the way, and Lindsey provided us with wonderful options that not only fit our budget but also provided quality upgrades to our home!

My husband and I needed our townhome kitchen redone to better accommodate our growing family. After speaking with 2 other contractors, Lindsey came in to look at our space. From the moment she walked in, we already knew she was who we wanted to work with. Her energy & attention to detail is unmatchable. She is so responsive and so easy to communicate with. She will push to make sure work is done promptly but correctly. Her and her team were very knowledgeable & were able to give us a kitchen we didn’t even imagine could be possible in our townhouse! Lindsey is an invaluable asset to anyone looking to make renovations to their home. She is very detail oriented, brings great suggestions to the table, and is an excellent resource for money-saving options along the way. She manages the project budget and sounds the warning bells if decisions will impact that budget so the homeowners can make their own choices about spending more than originally planned. She also keeps a tight watch on the scope of the project as initially agreed upon, and is wholly upfront and transparent about the costs associated with edging beyond that scope when necessary. Finally, as the GC she supervises her subcontractors continually to make sure the quality of work meets her high standards and has no qualms whatsoever about taking whatever steps are needed - at her own expense if needed - to "fix" anything that wasn't completed in a manner that lives up to her expectations. And she's a genuine and sincere human being on top of it all ... can't recommend her highly enough!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Don’t settle for the cheapest. You will pay in the long run. Ensure that your contractors will work straight through your project vs staying in your home for a year (happens way too often), because they are working multiple projects to make up for the ‘cheap’ labor they’ve quoted you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Through our project management expertise aka type A personalities, we love to manage our projects while our clients simply do their day to day. If we are allowed - because we love our type A clients too - we will create design concepts and manage materials as well.
We start with a consultation to brainstorm on color schemes, materials, and even budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years on the job experience. I have been a licensed real estate broker, have personally owned and parceled over 100 properties managing my own work since 18 years old, and served as a project manager in various other entrepreneurial enterprises. Above all - I’m a natural born fighter. So advocating is my thing. I believe that people should be comfortable in their homes and believe it or not this process can be as well. If managed correctly
