Absolutely amazing work. My house has never been this clean !! I’ve had cleaning Ladies before but none of them have this quality work. She’s hired bi weekly from now on. Great value for excellent service.

Her work is impeccable. Every surface, nook, and corner is spotless after each visit, and she always leaves our home beautifully refreshed and organized. I hired this woman to do a deep clean my home , as I had a baby coming back from the NICU the evening of this day . The pictures attached are the exact way my house was left when she was done doing her full deep clean. Marilza stated she had to rush as she had another client at 11:30 am (i had a scheduled 9am cleaning which she was not on time for due to traffic) marilza, then stated she didn’t know my house was so difficult to clean . Marilza said in a text that she could come back another day and clean unfortunately this was not going to work for me as I had a baby coming back that evening, i would have to hire another cleaning company to come in and help me get it done. I asked if it would be possible that she refund the money that I had sent her prior for the incomplete cleaning service. She stated she would return the money , she has not refunded the money and is now not accepting calls or messages ! I normally would never write a bad review as I don’t want to hurt people’s chances of getting customers in the future however I have never in the 20 years of me Hiring Cleaning companies or independent cleaners had an experience like this. Marilza actually thought the way my home was left in the pictures below were acceptable examples of a deep clean . I had to explain that frankly, it wouldn’t be acceptable even for a standard cleaning . All of the rooms looked untouched except the kitchen. There was garbage on and behind surfaces and furniture none of the rooms surfaces were wiped down , none of the bedrooms were vaccumed there was still dirt and pieces of things on all of the floors. Inconsistent quality of cleaning , complete lack of attention to detail , unreliable and completely unprofessional. Do not recommend hiring !

the work was done but you found a defect to avoid paying If you didn't have the money to pay, it would have been nicer for you to have said you couldn't afford to pay, you preferred to make a fuss. But it's not your evaluation that will diminish me, I have several clients who value my work. Your house was so dirty, I did my best. You didn't pay to organize. My job is to clean the organization, that's another thing. You're trying to scam me, but it won't work. I charged you 200, you didn't want to pay, it cost you 130 dollars, now you're doing it.thank God I have clients who value me
