I can give only 3 star because without informing didn’t bring vacuum on their own, and washroom cleaning also not done properly, entry way is not at all cleaned.

The girl to came to clean my house she was great but homeglow it’s self doesn’t answer when u try to contact them with questions. When they want to scam me the were answering right away. I do not recommend homeglow but I will recommend the girl that came to my house

I scheduled a cleaning with Homeaglow. The first cleaner cancelled. No problem, I was assigned another cleaner. The second cleaner reached out to me 2 hour prior to the cleaning and said she had edited the time of the cleaning to later that afternoon without discussing it with me. Then cancelled one hour prior to the cleaning. Highly unprofessional. I called Homeaglow many times and no response. I was already charged for the cleaning. Stay away!!

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID!!
They seem nice but their whole business model is horrendous. Impossible to get in contact with customer support. I would NEVER recommend this company. Trustpilot they have a 1.2 rating. Read reviews on Reddit. I’ve never seen so many bad reviews for one company.
