- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning exactly what you need—your priorities, pain points, and expectations for your space. From there, we customize the cleaning based on your home’s layout and condition. After the first session, we walk you through the results so you can see the transformation for yourself. Most new customers end up scheduling recurring cleanings on the spot because they love how refreshed and inviting their home feels.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I personally began in hospitality and real estate, I’ve partnered with cleaners who bring years of professional residential, commercial, and luxury-property cleaning experience.
