I truly appreciated the responsiveness and ease of which it was to communicate with this contractor. They did a thorough spring cleanup of my yard and I am so grateful! I found his price very fair as well.

What a nice guy. I explained that my husband and I are handicapped and couldn't make it outside when Steven came to view the property. He said no problem, reviewed the property and sent the estimate to my email. We are looking forward to working with Steven. Very sweet and caring young man. Thanks for recommending him.

Details: Every other week • Residential • 1,000 - 5,000 sq ft (0.02-0.11 acres) • Mowing, trimming, and edging • Standard grass (under 6 inches) • No, I don't need to be there

BCSONJ removed snow from our residence. He responded quickly and professionally. I requested his service on short notice and he accommodated. He arrived when he said he would. His fees are fair and he did a great job to remove the snow. I plan to be a repeat customer.

Details: I need plowing now and for the rest of the season • I need salt and de-icing • Walkway / path • Sidewalk • Other surfaces • Less than 500 sq ft (~2 car driveway) • Flat • I just need snow plowing for my residence

The overall experience was not so good. Hired this pro for three things to be done in my garden. 1. Putting up a chicken wire Fencing - this was done mostly but the left over fence roll was still attached and remained uncut (not a clean job I would say) 2. Setting up the garden beds on three sides - Tilling was done good on one side along with the set up of garden bed. Tilling was not good on the second side as I see soil just pored over on the existing grass without tilling that is allowing the grass to come out from the beds. For the third side, tilling was not done as the pro mentioned that this side has construction debris underneath and cannot be tilled. 3. Levelling out the entire garden - this is a complete failure. My garden has a uneven surface with several spots that would make us trip while walking due to deep pits. After starting the job, this pro mentioned that he cannot till and level as there is a greater slope from one side of the garden to the other for which an expensive equipment would be required for finishing the job. I did not want to raise my budget heavily and agreed to an alternative plan of just putting the dirt on unnoticeable pits throughout the surface. He just put the dirt in one big spot which probably had a tree in the past leaving the entire other ground untouched :(

Details: Residential • Create a new garden on bare dirt • Medium (2,500 - 5,000 sq ft) • Yes, I will provide plants • I don't need a sprinkler or drip system installed • No, this is a one-time project • No additional services needed
