WOW WOW WOW. I had my daughters wedding this weekend and was honored to have Ron and his staff cater the event. I had 60 guests and everyone was amazed how professional, accommodating, and over the top the chef and staff were to all in attendance. I have been to many celebrations and nothing has compared thus far to Ron"s creativity. The FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL. The presentation, the friendliness and eager to please staff, set up, clean up, the whole experience was fantastic. There was nothing they wouldn.t do to make the Brides day a dream come true! This guy is going places....I highly recommend Ron and his staff to cater any event that you may encounter. Kudos to the best Chef and Staff at the Jersey Shore...If anybody out there is listening have him cater your event, he is by far the best you will ever encounter. Kathy Franz

My experience with McHale event planning was amazing. They helped make my special day even better. From the dj who was amazing had everyone on the floor dancing to the decorations as well as the professionalism they showed from start to finish. I have worked with Taylor Made Affairs twice. They planned & decorated my baby shower and then a year later they helped me throw an amazing 1st Birthday party. (Lil pumpkins themed). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they really take the time to make every detail of your event perfect! I will definitely continue to call on them for all of my event planning needs.

I can't just decribe Ed Wilkes I have to take it to another level The entire Family was AMAZING. Ed did his thing with the Food my guest are still talking... I had an ALL WHITE AFFAIR at the All Wars Memorial Building (the Soldiers Home) in Atlantic City on the 4th of April I was like a Bridezilla throughout the planning phase but Ed AND HIS WIFE KEPT assuring me everything would b ok. These people are AMAZING the food was EXCELLENT they were on time and stayed late the table exquisite I would not have changed a thing and the Wilkes Family could have not been more PROFESSIONAL and GRACIOUS They reached well beyond my expectations from the food to thr set up and decorations on the tables...
