I’m sorry to see this update, especially since it doesn’t reflect the truth of our work together. The kitchen and bathroom resurfacing project was completed a long time ago without any complaints, and I provided you with affordable, practical solutions that helped you save a significant amount of money. You never mentioned any issues after the job was done, and there were no follow-up calls, texts, or messages about problems until now. In fact, the recent communication I received from you was asking for a new job in your living room, which I had to decline due to a busy schedule. Shortly after, this review appeared which raises concern about its intent. Additionally, the photo posted in the review is misleading. The drawer shown was already missing internal structure when I first saw the kitchen. As we discussed, this was an older kitchen, and the agreement was to resurface the cabinets, not rebuild or replace missing wood framework. I did my best to repair what could be fixed, but some structural issues were beyond the scope of my work, as explained clearly upfront. I take pride in the quality of my work and stand behind it fully. I encourage anyone reading this to consider the full timeline and facts. I remain committed to honest, reliable work, and always welcome real feedback but fairness and truth go both ways.
