- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What customers should know about my pricing is that I try to be as fair as possible. At the same time I also would like it to be the same in return because I am very attention to detail and if I work with the right client over time I would provide an extra service free of charge occasionally just out of appreciation for maintaining a good client and pro relationship. Remember you can pay for a service but every pro has their own unique touch. Therefore, allow me to leave a lasting impression.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Management so I am definitely going to use my knowledge to provide exceptional service to my clients and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients varying from larger homes right down to small apartments and thankfully so far there hasn’t been any complaints.
