Mike was extremely professional in his work as well as dealing with customer (me). Mike and his brother Matt powerwashed my whole house efficiently starting from back deck with immediate transformation of revealing colors as it was 15 years ago. My whole house got clean turning back time. The most amazing result is the aluminum balcony above the entrance where visible drips of grime and years of dirt dissapeared to transform my house as beautiful as it once was. Thank you Mike and Matt!

We would give more than 5 stars if we could! Mike and his crew did such an excellent job on our property. Mike met with us to discuss pressure washing our house, retaining walls, patio, rails and pavilion. He quoted us a very fair price considering the enormous job they had to do. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always offer free estimates and price our jobs as competitively as possible. The prices that are sent to customers are estimates and can sometimes fluctuate up or down due to a number of variables regarding a specific request for power washing. We do offer a 10% discount to Seniors, Veterans and First Responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my customers if possible and get as much information for what they are looking to have cleaned on their home. I also forward new customers a copy of our Insurance Certificate and Terms and Conditions for your protection and ours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extreme Exterior Cleaning is affiliated with the Pressure Washing Resource Association (PWRA), and regularly attends training events hosted by the United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners (UAMCC).
