Archie is a trustworthy professional who thoroughly assessed our mold and water leak issue. He personally came to our place and spent 20-30 minutes inspecting for water damage and mold. Unlike other professionals on thumbtack who suggested filing an insurance claim for extensive repairs, Archie recommended a simple and cost-effective solution. He advised us to use a fan and hair dryer to dry the area for 20-30 minutes, assuring us that there was minimal to no damage.
Additionally, Archie provided us with a reliable contact to fix the source of the leak, and he didn’t charge for the inspection. He even offered guidance on how much to pay for the repairs and recommended a few reliable individuals.
