Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Rather than goal setting, we work to understand and identify limiting beliefs and patterns that show up in your life and get to the root of why you do what you do in order to make lasting sustainable change. I am committed to helping you transform your life from the inside out, whether that is via a life transition such as divorce, changing jobs or refining your life via health and wellness. I love helping people awaken their full potential and feel truly happy and fulfilled in their lives, not because of external validation but because of internal confidence and security.

Molly is an amazing coach and mentor. I work with her in a personal coaching capacity and she also is my executive and leadership coach for my business. Molly is one of the most gifted coaches I have ever worked with. Not only is she amazing at getting to the root of an issue, she works collaboratively with a customized approach that works specifically for you and your goals, and develops an plan for you, and guides you through executing. Shes really easy to get along with and is very well versed in a wide range of knowledge bases. I highly recommend working with Molly; If you cant commit to regular coaching work, Definitely opt for the full day session; Its probably the best investment you can make for yourself.

I have been working with Molly for about 4 years. I have always believed in the phrase: "when you are ready, the teacher will appear." When I met Molly, I knew we were going to do big things together. During our coaching process, I have learned how to be truthful, build solid relationships, and begin to believe that I can be happy. I have started to overcome the black cloud that often sits in my head. Molly teaches me to think carefully about my choices. Molly coaches me through difficult scenarios, and pushes me to think about what to do (she doesn't just give me the right or "best" answer). I've asked for Molly's help in working with my parents, siblings, best friends, finding and pushing myself at my job, improving my body. Molly helps me hone what I want, talks me through my big dreams, and shows me how to accomplish them. Number one quality I value about our work? The honesty. And the fact that Molly walks her talk. I know she's on this path just as much as I am--which makes me want to work harder. I also value how much Molly has stuck with me: she's consistent, dedicated, and loving, and I know will support me as a client for years to come.

Molly first became my coach a couple years ago - just when I needed her most. She has an amazing ability to clearly see the things that are holding you back and coach you out of your own way, into a better, more full and satisfying way of living. She's kind, compassionate, intellectual and fun! I love Molly and am enormously grateful to her for all she's helped me accomplish!

Working with Molly has been one of the most satisfying experiences of my life. Every interaction seemed to leave me fulfilled yet inspired. I feel she has helped me grow in all parts of my life. If looking for a coach, I couldn't recommend Molly enough. I'm grateful I made the investment in myself and so is my boss, wife, and mother...

I've been working with Molly for about 5 months now and it has been the best decision I have made in my life. She's an amazing coach! I couldn't have chosen a better coach.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am constantly enrolling in workshops and trainings, most recently I am training with a practitioner in Colorado and will soon earn a certificate in holistic health counseling, and energy healing.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 2008 I was clear that I needed a change in careers. At the time I worked for a non-profit organization doing fundraising and development, but my call had always been personal development and service. A leap of faith is all it took to enroll in my first training, at that point I was clear that coaching, transformation and development was my bliss. It has been the most remarkable ride of my life.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

While the industry is saturated with coaches, it is important to choose one with great training as well as one that you connect with on a personal level. It is important that you trust who you are working with and feel safe enough to be guided.
