My work stands out from others because of my drive and work ethic... There is nothing more importatnt to me than the quality of service I provide to my clients. I have outstanding knowledge, education, and qualifications, but i am dedicated to my craft and work with the utmost pride and respect for both the profession and the client.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

What i like most about being a personal trainer is the reward and responsibility of being able to impact peoples' lives in the greatest way possible... By optimizing their health, fitness, and self worth. I teach people to challenge themselves towards things they never thought they could do, and maintain those great lifestyles for as long as they want to live them.

    I don't particularly enjoy exercising or exercise classes but my gym sessions with Jason seem to go really fast. Jason has recently incorporated kick-boxing into my sessions as I have started to enjoy this kind of work out. I would recommend Jason. He is a nice guy too.

    I've been training with Jason for the last six months and I’m seeing great results. Jason is a great motivator, impressively punctual and is doing a great job improving my strength training workouts.     I've been working with Jason for 6 months now and I am continuously impressed. He focuses on a customized set of exercises for my needs and easily adjusts to address any problem areas I bring up - nothing is cookie-cutter about his programs. I am most impressed by how knowledgeable he is about the underlying science and theory of the exercises he puts together. He is so much more than "just" a personal trainer. But, like a good trainer, he always pushes me to do more than I would myself.

    I have been working out with Jason twice a week for almost 4years now. He comes up with a lot of new fun exercises that continuously makes it interesting. He is very diligent, punctual and reliable. I love to work out with him!

    I have really enjoyed working with Jason for the last 3 months. We have been working on weight loss and toning and the results so far have been great. I really appreciate Jason's attentiveness, he always asks how I felt after the last workout and takes my requests into consideration in new workouts. I would recommend working with him.

    Jason is very fun to workout with. The workouts are very effective, and met expectations. Flexible with time. His custom workout gives you toning and cardio at the same time. Jason also guides you on a healthy diet.

    Jason is the best personal trainer I have ever met. He has been helping me to loose weight with very methodical way. He focuses on not only exercises, but your body condition as we'll. everyday, depends on your condition, he trains exercises very various and fun to do. I have lost about 20 pounds in 8 weeks without any stress of exercise and eating

    Jason is an outstanding trainer. He is patient, professional, always on time and pushes you to become better. I had suffer from back problems and he managed to structure training sessions that would work around them. Q. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

A. Yes i participate in fitness workshops throughout the year to not only make sure that i keep up with the most recent developments in the fitness industry, but to ensure that i am always bettering my services through self improvement.

Q. What types of customers have you worked with?

A. Most commonly I work with clients looking for either weight loss and fat burning, or strength and muscle toning. However, corrective and post rehabilitative work as well as sports related exercise are fairly common as well.
