Introduction: I cook and bake according to people's preferances. I advise what I think will work best, I listen, and do what the client wants me to do. I take into consideration that many people have allergies and I also cater to those who may need gluten and dairy free, free of nuts. Last minute my baby shower plans changed, the hall i had booked sustained water damage and would not be available so after doing some searching i found this lovely lady who could cater my event at my house on short notice. I got in touch with her for a consultation. We went over a few ideas on foods I would like, along with telling her to give me a couple surprises. Appetizers were amazing there was bruschetta bites with tomatoes, a cream cheese bite, home made jalepeno poppers and my favorite was the pork nachos. Main courses I asked for the normal stuff chicken dish, pasta was dish, along with a kids dish for my 2 year old and a single vegetarian dish for my sister. She showed up with a lemon chicken alfredo that was top notch, penne pasta was good, and the lime salmon. I loved my salmon it was hands down the best I will probably ever eat. My son loved his chicken fingers and asked for more onion rings lol I tasted all the foods that were there (I'm allowed to I'm pregnant) and they were great. I already had a cake ordered, but did agree to her including a dessert also. I am happy I did she made these cake balls that everyone loved as much as my $300 cake. I would recommend Ms. Marchesi. I actually gave her number to 6 friends who were on attendance, and will be going to one of their parties I will definitely be using her for my older sons birthday in July

My grandparents used Gia for my parents surprise anniversary party and everything was AMAZING AND I LOVED the complimentary cake she made for them. My parents are going to use Gia again for my high school graduation party in July! Can wait for her side dishes because they were what I really enjoyed especially the crunchy potatoes! And the cake! :)

I hired Gia for a big event that I was having. Everything she provided for my guests and I was delicious and especially her lemon pepper chicken and Alfredo. The entire event was a huge success and all my guests were shocked at how amazing the food and services. We had not one complaint. She really listens to her customers requests and follows through. I used her twice so far and will continue to use her! Highly recommend Gia!!! @

Gianna is by far one of the best personal chefs/ cooking instructors I've ever had. My wife and I enjoyed learning to cook new things with her and better ways to make healthy meals. It was all so delicious, and last night was a blast. We are going to keep continuing classes with her.

Gia brought her experience and creativity (and the ingredients) into my kitchen today. I sat down to dinner tonight and loved every bite of what we prepared!!!!! I loved the idea of participating during the lesson. I learned new ways to combine and cook vegetables. New ideas for preparing and cooking chicken and hamburger. Simple and special at the same time. I have irritable bowel syndrome and diverticulosis. Even with these constraints, Gia was able to help me prepare meals that are delicious. I now have the much needed structure to stay healthy.

Always. Never stop learning! Ever!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandmother and I from a young age were always in the kitchen together cooking and baking. She taught at a culinary school and I'd always tag along. I love my career and the work I do. I DOESNT stop there for me. I also went to school for exercise science and nutrition so I put together meal and exercise plans to make people live a happier and healthier life. I do also prepare meals and treats weekly to people's homes for them to eat.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Cook a lot of healthy meals for people and prepare healthier snacks for them with the same yummy tastes or better and cook and bake for a lot of parties!
