When it comes to pricing, I believe in transparency and providing value for the services offered. Here are some key points customers should know about my pricing: My pricing is competitive and reflects the quality of service provided. I ensure that my rates are fair, since every customer's needs are unique, I offer custom pricing based on the scope of work, frequency of service, and specific requirements. This allows me to tailor my services to fit the customer’s budget and needs. Transparency is important to me, so all costs are discussed upfront, and any additional charges will only be applied after consulting with the customer and receiving their approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I follow to understand the customer's requirements, preferences, and any special requests. This can be done over the phone, via email, or in person. If possible, I conduct a walkthrough of the space that needs cleaning. This helps me evaluate the scope of work, identify any problem areas, and determine the best approach and resources needed. I work with the customer to schedule the cleaning services at the most time for both parties. On the scheduled day, I arrive on time with all necessary supplies and equipment. I follow the customized cleaning plan. I also address any additional requests or adjustments as needed. After completing the cleaning, I perform a final inspection and then I encourage the customer to review the work and provide feedback. If a customer is not satisfied with the service, I am committed to addressing their concerns and making it right, which ensures they get the value they deserve for their investment.
