- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. In-person and online training is billed on a monthly basis. Pricing is discussed early so expectations are clear and you can choose what works best for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an online application so I can understand your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any injuries or limitations before we work together. This helps me determine if we’re a good fit and how to structure your training. Once accepted, you’re placed into a monthly coaching program, either in-person or online, with a customized plan built around your body and goals. Programming is adjusted as you progress to ensure steady, sustainable results without burnout.
