After achieving my master of science in exercise science in 2016 I worked as exercise physiologist while also continuing to work as a personal trainer. Now, I am focused on helping all individuals achieve their goals with realistic and sustainable methods. Katia is one of the best trainers I've ever had the opportunity to work with. She pushes you in the best way possible and helps you achieve more than you thought your body was capable of. She is also incredibly knowledgeable; whenever I have a question about form or technique she is always able to help me improve and understand how to do an exercise better. This girl is kick ass and knows how to help you achieve your goals!!!

    We will always start with a package. Commitment matters.

    We will start with an initial consultation to establish your why. We will then complete a movement screen and establish your goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a masters degree in exercise science. My certifications including NSCA certified strength and conditioning coach, StrongFirst SFG (kettlebell) Level 1 coach, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach.
